Poor service. I went in person to order a chicken teriyaki bowl on the proper line, but was continously ignored by the cook and each new chicken bowl he made he would give to others who got on line after me. I finally had to get the manager involved. However, this cook was really rude - despite the manager directly telling him to give me the next chicken bowl order, the cook continued to ignore me and give the bowl to others on the line after me. I finally told the manager what I thought of his employee's poor behavior and left the store. The issue simply was not resolved to satifaction

Poor service. I went in person and ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl. Now, despite my waiting in the proper line and telling the cook my order, every time a bowl was prepared, instead of handing me the order, it was given to the next customer on line who requested the order. This happened 3 times - meanwhile I was already at the front of the line for 20 minutes and the cook continued to ignore me when I asked why I had placed the order and it was given to others on line. So I went to the manager and told him what was going on. He apologized and went to the cook and specifically told him that the next chicken teriyaki order should go to me. Once again the cook made the order and handed it off to someone else on the line after me. I finally told the manager how poor I thought the service was and left the store. Avoid.
