Rating not for food but for suddenly claiming they "do not deliver" to me, even though they delivered several times previously, then claimed they could not cancel my order and said only I could do so through SeamlessWeb. Giant waste of time.

they keep screwing up my order! i usually order a veggie wrap or a spanish wrap with egg whites, and when i add ham and ask them to "add it into the wrap", they just give me a ham wrap! these guys need to learn how to get orders right. This has got to be the 4th or 5th time in the past few weeks.

These guys keep screwing up my order! I usually order bfast wraps, and whenever I add ham, and ask to have it added into a wrap, they send over a wrap with ham ONLY. Has happened several times in the last two weeks, never again!
Poor service. I went in person to order a chicken teriyaki bowl on the proper line, but was continously ignored by the cook and each new chicken bowl he made he would give to others who got on line after me. I finally had to get the manager involved. However, this cook was really rude - despite the manager directly telling him to give me the next chicken bowl order, the cook continued to ignore me and give the bowl to others on the line after me. I finally told the manager what I thought of his employee's poor behavior and left the store. The issue simply was not resolved to satifaction
